We recommend to get your account verified by putting your PAN card details, so that you may receive KYT points in your KYT wallet, which can be redeemed as PayTM cash. Aadhar card and health insurance card too may be uploaded for receiving additional KYT points.
Aadhar and PAN Card enable identification of the person to prevent fraud. This is an important profile verification step, before you get monetized for your health records.
The KYT app incentivises you for maintaining your health records and sharing with us. These points accumulate in your “KYT wallet”, which can be redeemed for PAYTM cash. 1 KYT point = 1 INR. For more details see our “Monetisation Policy”

You will be within an edit screen, here you can crop the picture as needed. Once you select done, you will be on a screen on which you select report date, and disease type. Once done submit upload. You may also upload reports similarly from the health records tab, by entering into the relevant folder of disease or making new folder of disease and then clicking on “+” sign
We recommend you to type the name of the disease in the search bar within the record. If nothing matching is found, then select the “others” folder. We are constantly working on the back end to improvise our database for best user experience.
Go to health records tab, click on the disease folder to view the reports based on the disease. You may also view your reports on the treatment timeline tab by going to the data of relevant report date. Rx stands for treatment. Rx Timeline is the unique feature of KYT app which shows how you have been progressing through your treatment in a chronological fashion. It is meant to give you quick access to your reports, reminders, and appointments with an easy scrollable interface.
KYT wants to incentivise you for optimal maintenance of your medical records. You being the data owner, this process is possible only if you give your consent to share your medical data so that KYT can collect, analyse and share it with agencies which need this data, for a fee. This fee is passed on to you as KYT points. For further details check monetisation policy.
The process of earning from your medical records will involve uploading machine readable medical records which gets auto submitted for validation. Once validated, the KYT points are added to your wallet. During the initial log in, you will receive KYT points directly into your wallet. Verifying your profile by uploading your PAN card, Aadhar card, health insurance card - as well as referring friends give you additional KYT points.
Go to the health record tab. Enter in the folder you want to share. On clicking Upper left corner - it will show a box which has options to email a copy of the picture or PDFs. You may also share individual pictures with your healthcare provider.
This happens when the app is not connected to the internet. Connecting to internet will solve the issue.
This may happen because of the following 1. Your reports are not validated. For details on valid reports read our “Monetisation policy” 2. You may have received KYT points which will be in your wallet. Unless you redeem them you will not receive the money. 3. There is minimum number of points which can be redeemed. For further details read our “monetisation policy.” 4. You must have a valid PAYTM account. 5. Your phone number mentioned should be the same as the one linked to your PAYTM account.
1 KYT point can be redeemed for 1 INR (Indian Rupees) as PayTM cash
Go to your KYT wallet, click on redeem. Make sure your phone number linked to KYT matches the one linked to your PayTm account.
KYT maintains your records on a secure and safe cloud. Install the KYT app on another phone with your username and password and get all the data. KYT doesn't allow two devices to have the same account, so once you log in to the new phone, you will be automatically logged out of the old phone.
YES! The aim of KYT is consent driven sharing of medical records. Only when you give consent, we use your data for the purpose of monetization. You can disable health data sharing from the settings tab from your account profile. You can use all the app features for free, even when sharing is disabled. We do not use your data once you disable it, and we do not monetise it. So you will receive no points for records upload. Also since our health tips and recommendation engine works only on the “share-enabled” data uploaded, you will not receive personalised health tips or predictive analysis. Since our aim is to reward you to optimally keep your data, we recommend you to enable sharing, as its a win-win for all.
KYT is a unique app which incentivises you to better maintain your medical data, and share it for the greater good. This incentive is in the form of KYT points which can be redeemed as Paytm cash. As you keep uploading valid records, your monetisation potential increases. KYT monetises based on the need for this data by research organisations, which means your data can be monetized for multiple times, thus allowing you to earn points repeatedly on the same data. Hence, upload as much data is possible. Besides that, we offer 10 KYT points for each successful referral.
